Rodger brings years of practical leadership and business experience to his approach with clients. He specializes in supporting his clients to develop their leadership and management skills. He works with individuals, teams, and organizations to create and utilize systems that support learning and development. He believes that personal and professional development is optimally achieved through understanding mindsets and behaviors in actual personal and professional contexts.

Prior to stepping into the coaching arena full time in 2003, Rodger spent 25 years in Project Management leadership roles. He worked for large corporations where he supported his business clients in developing strategies for enhancing their business – through technology efficiencies. Often, his responsibilities included coaching and mentoring his clients, coworkers and members on his staff.
In his personal life, Rodger has led groups of medical, dental and support teams to Brazil to deliver aid to villagers living in remote areas on the Amazon River. He also has a passion for spending time outdoors fly fishing in the Rockies or working with and training horses.
